The entire item was packaged in a carton and Styrofoam, and the goods arrived without damage. However, the pump is directly connected to 220V and lacks a ground connection. The plug needs to be replaced because it is an English connector. It would be better to have a power supply, like 12V, for safety. Overall, the item looks good on a desk and is very light before being filled with water. It includes a water flow regulator and serves as a timely decorative addition. I recommend it.
