The product appears as pictured, but has a very strong, unpleasant odor that I hope will dissipate. I expected the inside to be insulated with foam to maintain temperature, but it's just regular plastic. Not all of my bottles fit. The seller was prompt in responding to my messages, and the order took a long time to arrive due to the pandemic.
