The bent case didn't fully enclose the phone, leaving the power button visible, even after trying to reshape it. I suspect the damage occurred during shipping rather than a manufacturing flaw, and better packaging could have avoided it. Despite this, the case is aesthetically pleasing, though slightly slippery. I needed a case because my phone's back is very slick, making it hard to hold.
