The product has been tested and successfully removed excess skin from the foot in a matter of minutes. It is plugged into an outlet and allows for changing the direction of the sanding head's rotation, both clockwise and counter-clockwise. The speed is also adjustable.

The delivery was promised in 10 days, but it arrived 30 days late! This is frankly not serious. I filed a claim for a refund, but it was refused because the 10-day delivery guarantee is worthless! I had to wait and wait, and I finally received it last night, 43 days after the purchase!
