The product is very nice, but unfortunately, it's now more expensive than it would have been in the Netherlands. I had to pay €21 in customs/import fees. The product is of high quality though.

The bag I received was the wrong item, so should I pay the shipping cost? I should send it back because it is in good condition and there is no problem with returning it. I still haven't received a refund.
