It is exactly as described, and it includes an instruction manual. The motors are not included in the kit. The order arrived within 10 days.

I am very happy with my purchase of these blocks. The instructions are in English, making them easy to read. They arrived without the box, but that's not an issue. The set doesn't include a motor, so you'll need to purchase that separately. The seller is kind and accommodating. Considering the price, I highly recommend them. ;)
