The product doesn't have a very strong hold on the arm.

The product arrived very fast. The armband's quality is good. It provides reassurance. I purchased it for my Note 9 phone. Sadly, it's not usable with a case because the clasps are too narrow to fit around it. This is the only downside. I wish the bottom feet were spring-loaded and could open. It holds the phone completely and securely if used without a case. For potential buyers, the Note 9 is the maximum size. A larger phone won't fit. I like it. Thank you.

The item is exactly as advertised in the pictures, even though it feels a bit cumbersome. I'm reiterating that it is what they are selling. I purchased it to confirm this, but it's bulky. I don't find it practical for anything other than cycling. That's my assessment.
