The parcel arrived promptly. The product completely met my expectations. The rope is a bit heavier than anticipated (265g with 2 AAA batteries),but that's fine. The cable is fairly thick (just over 5mm in diameter). Its slight stiffness prevents tangling and keeps it off the ground. I could use it almost immediately after unpacking; the rope wasn't deformed from being coiled during shipping. The multilingual manual is clear and well-written. In short: I'm happy with this purchase!
