The seller was excellent, shipping the product quickly after payment was made. It arrived fast and works perfectly, heating up well. However, I'm not giving it five stars because the vibration is weak and it doesn't seem to clean the skin or have any noticeable effect so far. I'll provide an update if anything changes.

The product perfectly matches the description. Delivery was quick, and it was packaged with care in a double layer of bubble wrap. The product was inside cardboard packaging which also contained the USB charging cable and a small storage component.
