I use this mainly to help me when I'm having a stressful day or just need help relaxing. I also found that this brush helps me when I have headaches on the top of my head. The bristles are very soft, and even though it looks like they would hurt, they actually don't because they bend and move. The other great thing is that I haven't had any hair get stuck in this brush.

I have bought brushes like this before, which don't compare to the quality of this one. I love that the bristles are firm, but still soft. It's amazing on my scalp! It's not too harsh. I would recommend this brush for all skin types.
